How we collect, use and protect personal data on this website. Last updated 7 November 2026.
TrusTrak Solutions Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16720655. Our registered office is Flat 6 Cuxton House, Mina Road, London SE17 2RJ. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact us at info@trustraksolutions.com.
When you request a readiness call or download a resource, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email address, organisation, organisation size, the topics you select and any message you write. We use these to respond to you, arrange and prepare for the call, and send you the resource you asked for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and, where you have asked us to contact you, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads. These are cookieless and do not track you across sites. They record page views, approximate location at country level, device and browser type, referrer and page timing, using a hashed identifier that is reset daily. We do not use advertising trackers.
If you switch between night and day mode, the site remembers your choice in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to us.
Form submissions are stored in a private Vercel Blob store located in London, United Kingdom, and are accessible only to TrusTrak staff through a password-protected area. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., whose infrastructure for this site runs in the United Kingdom and the European Union, with standard contractual clauses covering any transfer outside the UK.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and up to six years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. If you do not become a client we delete your enquiry within 24 months. Analytics data is retained by Vercel for up to 24 months in aggregated form.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@trustraksolutions.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security and standard security headers. Submissions are validated on the server, stored privately and never exposed publicly.
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
