That work spanned UK and West African financial services, so delivering across borders, regulators and time zones is familiar ground. Alongside it, running IT products and applications for a national church taught me what secure, affordable technology looks like when the budget is a charity's.

Client-verified backups and a rehearsed rollback are a gate before any migration. Data loss is the risk we design against first.
